
Tobias Flaitz, Chief Executive Officer
In 2012, Tobias Flaitz became CEO and a member of the Board of Directors for Sedo Holding AG. Before this, he worked with Hubert Burda Media in Munich, Germany. At Burda Media, he held executive responsibility in the fields of Strategy and Business Development. Prior to this, Tobias Flaitz worked for many years as a Strategy Consultant for Accenture and Booz & Co. in Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Tobias Flaitz has an engineering degree (MsC) and holds an MBA from the Universities of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and Berkeley, CA.

Axel Hamann, Chief Financial Officer
Axel Hamann is responsible for finance and human resources, and sits on the board of Sedo Holding AG. Before Sedo he worked at Alvarez & Marsal Germany, a leading international consultancy specializing in restructure and performance improvements. He previously worked at board and executive levels within IT and consumer goods industries.
Axel holds a business degree from the University of Mannheim, as well as a bank clerk qualification (Deutsche Bank Stuttgart).

Alexander Röthinger, Chief Technical Officer
Alexander Röthinger is responsible for the technology and product development strategy across Sedo Holding Group, encompassing affilinet and sedo. He joined affilinet in 2005 and holds responsibility for technology and development, leading the affilinet and sedo development teams in Hannover and Cologne.
At affilinet and sedo, and throughout his previous management assignments, Alexander’s focus has been on setting-up, enabling and scaling software development departments and IT infrastructure to cater for growth and efficient, state-of-the art applications. He has seen through major platform migrations and has driven the internationalization of affilinet with a strong focus on local market needs and customer satisfaction. Alexander has over 20 years experience in software development.
Prior to joining the Sedo Holding group he held positions as CTO and Managing Director at DCI (Database for Commerce and Industry AG) and also has many year’s experience as a self-employed development consultant.

Paul Martin Fawell, General Manager, Sedo USA
Paul Martin Fawell has been with Sedo since 2009, and has held the role of General Manager/Vice President of Operations and Finance since August 2011. In his current role, Paul manages day-to-day operations for Sedo's North American office.
Paul holds a BA in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to joining Sedo, he worked for AIESEC US, Inc., the world's largest student-driven organization, as Chief Financial Officer.

Simonetta Batteiger, Head of Product Management (Trading)
Simonetta Batteiger has been with Sedo since February 2006. As Head of Product (Trading) Simonetta Batteiger is responsible for product development for the Sedo Marketplace, oversees the Sedo Website Purchasing Experience and all functionality enabling the trade of domain names through the SedoMLS Partner Network. Simonetta is also responsible for the Sedo Affiliate Program, the Sedo new gTLD products, and all Domain Management Tools offered to Sedo’s Domain Client base.
Prior to her current role, Simonetta was responsible for product management for Sedo’s Registrar Channel customers. She has also previously managed Sedo’s Sales Operations for all North American clients and the Sedo Finance team in North America. Before joining Sedo, Simonetta gained over 10 years of experience in various Finance roles across multiple industries including IT, shoe wholesale, banking and a non-profit student exchange program.
Simonetta holds a business degree with majors in Finance and Real Estate management from University of Applied Sciences Aschaffenburg (Germany). Simonetta is a Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Joel Ghebaly, Head of Product Management (Traffic Monetization)
Joel Ghebaly is Head of Product Management (Traffic Monetization) at Sedo GmbH. In this position, he oversees the development of domain parking and is in charge of delivering the best PPC optimization as well as developing new forms of domain monetization.
Joel joined Sedo in 2005 and has held several positions in the Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams at Sedo. Prior to this, he worked in several marketing positions at companies like Microsoft France and WEB.DE.
Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po Strasbourg, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business from the Universities of Paris XIII and Freiburg-im-Breisgau.

Dirk Ochotzki, Head of Operations
Dirk joined Sedo in 2006 as Director of Transfer Operations. Since January 2013, Dirk has served as Head of Operations. His responsibilities include overseeing customer care, transfers, security & compliance, and commercial services support at Sedo.
Before joining Sedo, Dirk gained experience in various middle management roles at Sony in both Belgium and the Netherlands.Dirk studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen.

Adarsh Mehta, Director of Development
Adarsh Mehta has been Sedo’s Director of Development since April 2012. In his role, Adarsh leads a team of 25 and is responsible for all technical and quality assurance projects for Sedo. Originally from India, he has been living in his second hometown of Cologne since 1995.
After receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree, he went on to complete training in the areas of information and technology.
Prior to working at Sedo, Adarsh put his skills to use in a number of leadership positions at international software companies like IBM, as well as at the Max Planck Institute in the Netherlands.
